Lit Mags are a labor of love. Working with a team of editors to get more creative writing out into the world is both exhilarating and frustrating. There is arguing, advocating, crying, and laughing. Deadlines. Pressure. But when that issue is published and months of work become visible, it is incredibly satisfying. I understand the devotion felt by so many for these mighty little collections. Editing Issue 27 of Waccamaw was an incredible experience.
